Our Bosch NEXXT Premium washer was acting up & after calling and emailing another repair company with no call back, I called the second on my list and left a message for Peter Petrou.

He called me back within a few hours and I outlined the symptoms of our problem. As suspected, he agreed that the controller needed replacing and told me that he would locate the part and call me back when he had an idea of cost and delivery time.

Peter called back next day, told me the part was $750 and with labour and Tax I was looking at over a $900 bill.

We both agreed that a new washer was in order and I asked him if I owed him anything for his time. Peter said no thanks, and good luck.

An honest man who keeps his promises is rare enough these days that he is worthy of praise. I will call Peter Petrou of Modern Appliance in a heartbeat should I need an appliance repaired in future.
