When my Samsung front load washer stopped working yesterday I tried calling various repair companies. Although the guy from Modern Appliance (forgot to get his name) couldn't come out to see me till next week he still spent 10 min on the phone trying to diagnose the problem. Looked up the error code I was getting and called me back with some suggestions I could try on my own. He even had me call him back to make sure I had solved the problem.
I would 100% recommend this company. They helped me solve my problem and didn't charge me a penny. Great guy!
