My dishwasher broke down and Peter provided the most thorough potential diagnosis over the phone. I called other companies listed on this page and no one even asked what was wrong my machine. At present, I'm thinking of getting a new dishwasher altogether and will contact Peter when it comes to installing it.
BTW, their shop is in TORONTO so don't be dissuaded by their listed Stouffville location.
