I had been meaning to switch from ADT for a couple of years, but wasn't sure I could count on TMC. After my brother-in-law's recommendation, I took the plunge. Great experience so-far. They scheduled a technician to come out, were up front about costs (including the possibility that my VOIP line might not work - it worked previously and turned out to not be a problem), and the technician was excellent (thorough, professional, and on-time!)
