Tim never shows up and just gives excuses. He took my deposit and never completed the install. He promised 6 weeks, it's now 7 months later with no door. Keeps promising he'll show up and never does. Promises to refund my deposit and never does. Do not use this guy. No way would I use him, you shouldn't either. He still has my money and refuses to complete the work or refund my depost.

Lets set the record straight....
Your door was back ordered by the manufacturer and a full refund was issued to you as we were unable to complete the job within your expectations. Seven months is a complete lie. You also failed to mention we have repaired the door for you twice before you finally decided to order the door. I also told you when you placed the order that the supply chain was unpredictable and thats why we repaired the door for you before you placed the order.We will be in contact with our legal team to discuss a defamation lawsuit against the homeowner.
