John was a total professional! I would recommend his services to everyone I know. Don't be fooled by locksmiths that underquote over the phone and show up and double their price on the spot. He's true to his word, and his quotes were bang on. No messing around.
John is a stand up guy and a pleasure to deal with. It's not often that I get to do business with such a gentleman.
