Needed a lock replaced. He gave me a rough cost on the phone and that is what it finally did cost. In my experience the estimate is never what the final bill is, there is always an unexpected extra charge.

What we found was, with the lock on your storefront door, the frame on the door was slightly bent which made it a real chore to get the old broken mortise spring latch out of your door.
