I called up John to get our front and back locks re-keyed in our new home, and to install a new grip set handle on our basement entrance. He was very friendly on the phone and arranged to come the next day at noon. John was right on time & got to work right away. The grip set took a bit longer than we thought because I hadn't explained that properly on the phone. John explained this right away and then got to work installing it. All the work was done, including getting 4 new keys for the main doors, within 90 minutes. I am happy with the work and John was really nice & easygoing. Thanks!
