We try and provide somewhat of an education for our clientele so they can understand exactly what we are doing and why we are doing it. We try and stay competitive in the marketplace concerning our pricing and always attempt to stay within the price we have quoted. This isn't always the case as there have been instances in the past where a lock repair required more parts or possibly a complete replacement.
