From the initial estimate to the work to paying out the final amount owing, Darby and his crew went the extra mile. When providing the estimate, Darby explained thoroughly the options with recommendations considering my particular context. When the scope of the work changed, Darby came out to assess the work again, point out possible issues that I might want to address in future and was extremely fair with his pricing.
Justin and his crew who worked on the basement, were very respectful of the space. They made sure to clean up at the end of each day and Justin was very knowledgeable and also provided some insight into some plumbing work that I should consider doing. The crew was very efficient and at the end of each work day I was always impressed by how much was accomplished.
I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of waterproofing.
