We went to Jordan's Furniture to buy a bed. They have an entire "sleep center," and the sales clerks wear white lab coats like doctors. Our clerk asked us what we were looking for, explained the different types of bedding, and my wife and I decided to get two completely different beds (1 for each of us!) to meet our different sleeping needs. The clerk was able to help us find the right beds and a tempurpedic pillow, and explained 0% financing (which we accepted).
Delivery was scheduled for 3 days later, and we received two automated calls the day before delivery. The delivery drivers actually came during the window of time when we were told they would (when does THAT ever happen?) and they were quick, careful with our carpet, and set everything up nicely. We could not have had a better bed-shopping experience.
