Kevin from Ultra Plumbing replaced our seized kitchen faucet. The old faucet provided a lot of challenge, but he got it done with lots of care and professionalism. Highly recommend Ultra Plumbing.

Water was backing up into my kitchen sink whenever I used the washing machine. Kevin was very polite and explained what he did to clear the blockage and put my washing machine through several rinses to ensure it was cleared. He cautioned against pouring greases down the sink, which I don't do, however I'm in a condo and I can't control what my neighbours do.
Kevin cleaned up any marks left under my sink and removed his shoes when he entered.
I will definitely recommend him to my friends.

We had 2 toilets which when the pressure was on full kept overflowing into the overflow tubes. Kevin came and quickly replaced the fill valves so we don't constantly hear the tickle of water overflowing or have to shut off the toilets when not in use.

Kevin also helped when I couldn't find the outdoor shutoff valves, Kevin thought they might be hidden behind the drywall, so instead of having to cut into the drywall he traced the pipe from the main shutoff and added a new shutoff valve and drain so we could easily drain the water when winterizing the house.

We were very happy with Kevin and his quick and effective fixes that didn't require cutting into the drywall to fix.

Kevin responded to my request promptly and was able to do the job just as quickly! But the real reason I chose to work with him is because he was honest.
