The entire process from inquiry to dispatch to repairs for my garage door was done in less than 24 hrs. Communication about the arrival of the tech at my house was accurate, and the tech Ali (great guy) knew to go to the back laneway where my garage was located, instead of meeting me in the front. He also checked in on the other single garage door to assess its condition and assured me it was in good working order. I had an excellent experience.
