Little Roch Renovations

Roch did an in-place renovation to our kitchen based on a design we had commissioned. I know that contractors typically like "green field" projects where they can rip everything out and work from the studs out, but Roch was more than willing to tackle our plan. He handled all of the sub-contracting for anything he didn't handle personally. We have been very satisfied with our new kitchen and the timeliness within which it was completed. Roch was very responsive to the inevitable issues and minor changes we had to make as we went.

The scope of work was backsplash tile installation including an inset above the stove, some minor plumbing, electrical (adding outlet to island, new hanging lights, adding lighting, fixing switches) , and woodwork to reduce the valence to increase our usable counter space, removing out of code cupboards over stove replacing the exposed sides with color matched panels.

Roch listened to me and took the time to understand my vision. He provided samples and took the time to discuss with me how they would fit what I wanted. Unlike other contractors I spoke to, he did not tell me what I wanted. His subs arrived on time and when scheduled. He was on site each time one was there to ensure that they understood what was expected and verified it was done.

The job was completed on time and on budget. I love my new kitchen!

Mr. Rich has a service motto which says he is not happy until his client is. More important, he not only says it but he does it. Last summer, we had the company renovated two bathrooms in our principal residence consecutively as my wife and myself were completely satisfied with the quality of the projects completed. We then recommended the company to a friend in the neighbourhood to revamp their main bathroom. Another family became a happy one as they enjoyed so much the completely remodelled washroom! Roch displayed a high level of professionalism throughout every stage of the projects. He was very considerate, and was always ready and flexible to customize our projects to almost every detail requested by us. Where possible, he also offered a more feasible and efficient alternative approach that made the design more coherent and economical. The post-project service was also high quality and timely as he followed up with us very quickly when we found a minor issue with our led mirror we purchased. All in all, we are very satisfied with the service of the company and we will be looking forward to contracting Roch for projects at our rental property!

Roch and his contractors were hard working professionals. Always on time and did exactly what we wanted done.
We had two old shower inserts, removed a closet removed and two full walk-in showers put in.
This required electricians, plumbers, tilers and all were hard working, polite and professional. We highly recommend Roch and his team.
