I had a problem with my foundation and hired Nano and Jonathan to come and fix it. They did the job on budget and within my timeline. They communicated well and were very clear on pricing and scope of work. I am very happy with the quality of the work completed.

Nicholas was very quick respond to my request that I put out publicly. He called me and managed to work around our busy household schedule and got the job done within 48 hours.

Nano and the Kani team were hired for my condo demo, they took care of everything and more, including organizing with my property management. Absolutely quick and efficient service. Side Note: Nano is extremely professional and came highly recommended, not only did my work get done properly, he was very easy to deal with and had terrific recommendations while we were at it.

We hired Kani Construction for a full gut of our Kitchen and bathroom before we renovated. We were incredibly satisfied with how professional and efficient the demolition team was. The most impressive part about this company was that they didnt leave a single piece of material behind upon completion of our home. Kani was very thorough and left our home very clean. Highly recommend!
