I had a great experience with Ys Roofing Inc . Simon was very knowledgeable. He educated us on all the material they would be installing and showed us samples of all of it. Simon checked out ventilation to see if we had adequate intake and exhaust venting on our roof. Some of the other contractors we met with did not show us which material they would be using or educating us about how different components of the roof work and how important ventilation is. We are really happy we went with Ys Roofing Inc.

Simon was very professional, giving us all the information we needed, even making an extra trip to our place so we could see what a new style of roof vent looked like. The crew, led by Ming, did a great job. When they found a problem with a beam caused by a previous company's addition of a bathroom vent through the roof, they added support to the beam at no extra charge.
