Angmar Contracting

Angmar undertook a complete demo of all my sidewalks and patio, excavated and installed new two pipe perimeter drainage, sump, and sealed the foundation. Additionally, they installed some floor drains and future drainage stubs for the backyard. They formed and placed new sidewalks, patio, and two sets of small stairs, as well as a 2 ft retaining wall. Project was completed with soft landscaping including backfill and turf lawn. Angmar really understood how to integrate the scope of the project with regards to an older home, and made small value add repairs along the way. Using angmar was a great option when compared to splitting the scope to multiple contractors which would have certainly had conflicts over scope and schedule.

We needed the steps in our condo complex replaced. Angelo was excellent to deal with and the quality of the work for very good.

It was a great experience working with this company. Angelo and his team removed and replaced my front sidewalk, as well as the back sidewalk, and replaced it with a a big patio and a raised garden bed. They communicated with me through out the project, and were very detailed oriented. I highly recommend this company for future projects.
