Sump pump back up installed, then new sump pit

Plumbing review in Ottawa

Basement was flooding and Alain gave me advice by phone, even sending me a photo of a temporary pump I could get buy easily. He subsequently came and installed a back up sump pump, including telling me how I could save money on the battery and ensuring I knew how to work it before he left. I later hired him to put in a 2nd sump pit. All work was done on a timely basis, with billing according to the estimate given, with the work area left clean. Alain was courteous and helpful.

Fast Service

Ottawa

Fast, same day service for none time critical repair.
Very knowledgeable.
Would hire again.

Note: Charged regular hourly rate for travel time to the store to pick up a part, plus an additional $50 travel fee within local service area.

Toilet install and piping replacement
