My 1.5 year old dishwasher broke. He very quickly sourced some parts and came a day later to help diagnose the issue with my dishwasher.

Our 17 year old dishwasher stopped working - it would not fill with water. Because of its age, our first thought was to replace it, but because of pandemic related supply chain issues, we would have to wait at least 3 months, maybe more, for any of the ones we wanted.

I described the problem, and within 2 hours he was at our house. He quickly diagnosed the problem, then sourced and ordered the part. He picked up the part the next day, came to our home again, installed the part, and then tested the dishwasher.
