The cleaning was average but the administrative staff are a real pain to deal with. Note: The company puts the entire cleaning fee on your credit card before you have the service. They hold the amount on your card. If they cancel or rebook for another time (which they have numerous times) you are left hanging trying to find another cleaner. They call you and email a few times before the booking. They also like to 'follow up' by calling you to 'see how the cleaning was.' It's annoying. I'm in a hectic business and don't have any time to respond to all of this communications. The hold on the credit card is really offside. Stop using them. There's too many other cleaning options out there.
