Unwilling to return to complete the work after requesting full balance owing in full

BEWARE - unscrupulous business! I was dealing with Mark, who charged me extra for a mistake his crew clearly made (not sure if it was intentional, in order to get more money or not). He asked for the balance owing prior to completing the agreed-upon work, which I regrettably paid in good faith.
Now I can no longer contact him or anyone at their company because he's disabled his cell phone, along with the email address posted on their website, which has another completely unrelated roofing company's address listed too.
