Called around a few places and True Service Plumbing really stood out. Very happy with the work and service. Great experience and highly recommended.

Cracked clay pipe, water in basement. Enercare quoted me 7000 Thankfully I found Raymond True Services Honest Dependable Punctual Kind and his crew were GREAT! What a GREAT Guy It's nice to not feel robbed. And he did it for less money.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Nico to fix my kitchen sink and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. He came to our house the next day after I called and worked hard to fix the problem. Nico was courteous and effective. The work area was clean and tidy after the job was done, which is a big plus in my book. I would certainly reach out again to Nico from True Service Plumbing in the future!

Before this week, we had never heard of True Service Plumbing Inc. On September 3, 2024 we were purchasing plumbing supplies at Home Depot at the self-checkout section when we saw two guys with t-shirts on with the words True Service Plumbing. We approached them and asked for their business card. Its difficult to find good contractors. We checked out reviews about True Service Plumbing online and we called them right away. We were able to get an appointment that was convenient for us. Raymond Wong came on September 5 to service two of our washrooms. Communication from the company and Raymond was excellent. Raymond is friendly, does his job efficiently and quickly, he does not waste time, he cleans up the work area. Raymond is a true professional in his field. The cost was reasonable. Without hesitation, we will use True Service Plumbing in the future and would highly recommend the company to anyone.

I have used this company several times since before the Covid Pandemic and cant say enough about them. They have always been extremely responsive, and completed the work effectively and inexpensively. I called Raymond and he dispatched someone within a few hours.

Max did the work today and resolved the issue with a leaking bathtub drain. I was concerned initially, as repairing a bathtub leak can be problematic. He was very pleasant to deal with and diagnosed the problem quickly.

It was 1125pm on a Wed night and the bathtub faucet started leaking a strong steady stream. Yikes! What to do? I called a few places and landed on True Service Plumbing.
From the get go they were awesome. They asked me for a photo then confirmed they had the part handy and Raymond was on his way. He arrived by 12midnight. He was fantastic. Super courteous and professional. Got the job done quickly left no mess and payment was also quick. What an amazing experience. Thanks Raymond and Kevin!!

Max from True Service Plumbing made an emergency call to our place. He was right on time, figured out the issue with our dishwasher right away and helped us with a quick fix to get us through the night. We'll be contacting him for all of our plumbing needs going forward!

I called in to true service plumbing today and they had Max come in the same day, which was fantastic. Max is an amazing plumber who swiftly resolved my shower head issue. The noise my shower head was making was unbearable until Max came to the rescue. Within just 30 minutes, he diagnosed and fixed the problem efficiently. His professionalism, kindness, and expertise were second to. one and I highly recommend his services as I won't hesitate to reach out to him for any future plumbing needs.
