Furnished Rental Units with Smart Suite Systems

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Vancouver

Chad and his crew are wonderful to work with. Very detail oriented with a great sense of design. They are extremely responsive and responsible and their work is impeccable. We previously worked with other contractors for the same types of jobs and KeyPlus is vastly superior to anyone we worked with in the past. Highly highly recommend!

Drywall, kitchen counter repair and light fixture installation

Lighting review in Vancouver

Chad and team are great, super responsive and their work is of the highest quality. They do everything well.. they repaired my drywall, kitchen counter and put in a new lighting fixture. It’s not always easy picking and dealing with contractors but these guys honestly made it a breeze.. they are super friendly, communication was great, the work was high quality, they are super reliable and even submitting payments was super easy through email. I highly recommend this company.
