Express Installers

On June 16, Express Installers installed 5 appliances in my home. While handling the Miele gas range wire rack, Carlos, the company manager, unfortunately dropped it on the open door and broke the glass. He ordered a new one, which I received promptly, promising to come and install it early the following week. I paid for the installation in full ($ 1265,60), trusting his word. Having not heard from him after 2 weeks, I called him on June 30th and asked him when he would come to replace the glass. He then said he was not going to do it himself but ask for another company to do it. It will be 4 weeks this friday and I never heard either from him or « the other company ». This speaks volumes about this mans work ethic and tells me I did well to book a Miele service technician to finally get my stove in good working order.

Very unhappy. The website stated that an undercabinet range hood fan installation runs from $150-$200. No where does it say that to vent it, there is an extra charge of $125! The existing vent to the outside was already there. They only needed to add a piece that went from a round vent to a rectangle one. Other company quotes all include the venting as part of the install and were in the same range of $150-$200. Only after it was installed was this pointed out to me. Stay away from this company. Very misleading.

I am thrilled to finally have a new dishwasher! I ordered it from Costco but needed someone to install it. I reached out to Carlos at Express Installers and he was very accommodating to the unknown delivery window from Coscto and we set a tentative install for this afternoon. Carlos was proactive in reaching out to me to see if the DW had been delivered and just a few hours after it was Carlos and his associate were here. They did an amazing (very clean) job uninstalling my old DW, installing the new one and then took the time to walk me through how the new DW worked and highlighted important aspects of the new machine. I would not hesitate to use their services again nor to recommend them.
