After a delayed start and parts arriving happy yo report the team did a good job getting it back up and running after a bit of a delay getting the parts in. They were apologetic and genuine and its working now so I think that means they did okay. thanks

Do not go with these guys at all. They will make false promises and vanish. I was told that they will fix my dishwasher or there is just the diagnostic fee of 60$, but the guy did basic cleaning(which I already did) and said, the problem is fixed and charged me 280$ for it. Unfortunately, the problem did not get fixed and now they are disconnecting my call, when I am asking for a refund.

Let me begin by cautioning you about this establishment. When I contacted them about an issue with my dishwasher not drying, a visual inspection revealed that the heating element was broken. The technician promptly confirmed this and assured us that replacing the heating element would resolve the problem, for which they charged us approximately $500. However, the issue persisted even after the repair. Upon complaining, they sent the same technician, who, despite being certified, seemed unfamiliar with basic diagnostic procedures for the dishwasher. During his second visit, he suggested that the drying vent or even the motherboard might be the issue, contradicting his initial diagnosis. When questioned about why these possibilities weren't mentioned earlier, he claimed that no technician in Canada could accurately diagnose the problem without replacing parts. As an engineer myself, I know there are standard inspection procedures before proposing a solution. I cannot recommend this place for any repairs. Additionally, my experience with their customer service was disappointing, as the dispatching lady I spoke with was extremely rude and lacked professional ethics. I intend to file a consumer complaint under the Consumer Protection Act to ensure a refund for the unsatisfactory service provided.

My review Sounds similar to others. Took a lot of effort to speak with someone after initial request for repair didnt work. Great at first and then couldnt fix. Technician confirmed locking mechanism and needed to order part. Paid for part that ended up not working and was told part would be refunded but technician cost of $60 still required. No problem happy to pay for techs time. Fast forward almost a month later after many emails and calls, finally spoke with owner who said no refund. Customer service was not great. Finally received only partial refund after being told part couldnt be returned. None of this was explained prior and was new info. Basically out $200 and washer still broken. Would still like a refund or confirmation from supplier the part doesnt work. Better diagnostics needed to verify issue can be resolved as technicians are considered experts. And if unable to do something business needs to communicate with customers better.

Called to get service on washing machine. Tech told me $60 to diagnose problem. Tech was told to get approval to proceed with repairs/ parts. This is a rental property, tenant has no authority to sign for repairs without our approval. Tech asked tenant to sign verifying that he had been on site, which tenant did. After several days tenant was contacted to inquire about washing machine. She said it was not fixed, no parts were changed. Yet I was charged $316.00 on Credit card.

Came to repair my Wolfe cooktop. Estimated up six weeks to get the part. After five weeks they said the part was in. They have cancelled the service call four times. We gave them a $200.00 deposit. Still haven't completed the job. UPDATE Came finally to fix my stove, there were unforeseen curcumstances ,still in convincing . The job is done.
