We closed on our house on a Friday and Joe came right over to give us an estimate. He sanded, stained and put down 3 coats of polyurethane. He also repaired some areas that were damaged. He started on Monday, as promised and finished the job on time and for exactly the estimate. And the floors look AMAZING. Joe was fast, friendly, efficient.

I would recommend Joe to everyone. We were thrilled with his work and how accommodating he was with our tight schedule.
