Superb repairman! Washer was complex to fix given how small our condominium bathroom area is and he did not complain at all. Plus the cost was more than fair! Will absolutely use this company again. Oh and they came the same day I called. Impressed!

Horrible customer service.
traded 1 issue for another ( called for noise, was left with a dryer that doesn't dry).. tech had a horrible attitude on my call back, and actually told me if there is an issue still, its my fault.. not that fact that my dryer wasn't closed properly after 1st visit, I could see through the seam of my dryer front to side, and see the barrel ( common sense would say if hot is escaping through the side.. maybe the clothes would not dry ? i think most could agree)
after call back visit, they top wasn't put on properly, i could lift the top corner (he did not clip it back )

Great service, they arrived on time and fixed the washing machine. They even left it better than before it stopped working... it doesn't even make that annoying noise, like there was a baby in a blender. I highly recommend!!

Max did a great job on repairing my dryer machine. Space in my washing area was very small, but he did all he could do to make sure he repairs it. Very patient . Thank you Max. Highly recommended!!!!
