We had a fantastic experience with Roger from King David Construction. We were putting our condo on the market for rent, and hired Roger to re-paint the entire place. Roger was very professional, kind, detail-oriented and went above and beyond for us. For example, we had our daughters height measurement since she was a baby on one of the doorframes. Roger transferred the measurements for us on a piece of wood before painting over it! The place looked great after it was complete and we were able to rent it out. We would highly recommend King David Construction and look forward to working with them again for future renovation project!

Work included a double fire rated drywall enclosure with all joints chalked with fire rated material. Work involved studding and drywall on both inner and outer face with insulation in between. Work was completed in a efficient and timely manner. There was little disruption to our day. The lob was clean from stud work to drywall taping. He left the work area cleaner than he found it. Awesome work!

Rogerio, the manager of the company, was very responsive to any queries or changes that we requested. The job was completed in a timely manner and his pricing was fair and affordable. He did ceramic tiling in a big room for about 500 sq in my house, fast and in a affordable price. He made two big new stais in modern level and professional accuracy!
He installed R12 , Drywalls, oak Riser, painting, baseboards in whole basement and many more.
He did additional works for free for me like pluming jobs, fixing the doors, painting the big kitchen, electrical jobs...
