My front porch steps and flagstones were in need of repair. The stucco on the steps and cement grouting were breaking down from the freeze thaw cycles. Ilhan and his team came in and did a great job repairing the stucco and regrouting the stones. The job was completed ahead of plan.

The brick on the front of my house was crumbling from moisture. Ilhan and his crew replaced it quickly and did a terrific job of matching the brick and mortar. Ilhan and his team did a great job of repairing and parging our chimney and some areas with damaged bricks below the balcony and on few other spots around the house. The price quoted seemed right and work was completed as promised. The repairs were made with a coloured compound to match the old bricks so that everything looks great and well built. They are true professionals, hard workers, reliable and honest finishing the job in a timely manner and leaving the area clean after work was completed. I can only highly recommend this company!

My front cement pad cracked badly over the winter plus my front step was broken and the corner of my house was crumbling at its base. Ilhan and his brother (and nephew) came quickly after being contacted to quote. The work was done in stages over 3 days where they removed the damaged cement, laid a new cement pad, poured me a new front step and fixed the corner of my house to look like new. It was finished with a nice coat of paint. They did exactly what they said they would and in a very timely manner. They were all very friendly and professional. I am happy with the outcome.

Ilhan and his brother did a great job of rebuilding a concrete balcony on the front of my house (over the garage) that had serious water damage. I also had quite a few damaged (eroded) bricks on the garage wall below the balcony and, when they were unable to match the old bricks, they literally rebuilt them using a coloured compound and a tool to sculpt in grooves to match the design of the old brick. You can hardly tell the difference! Ilhan also did a great job of applying a faux flagstone finish to the concrete balcony floor with a product called Jewel Stone. This company does excellent work and provides good customer service. Just remember to ask them to protect surrounding areas (to the extent possible) from dripping concrete and concrete dust.
