I initially left the very positive review for this company as the renovation project went smoothly more than a year ago and I was happy with that. However, to me one of the indicator of professionalism is customer care and service, especially when there is a warranty offered.
That is the part I am disappointed with!

Excellent consult. Professional sub contractors and responsiveness to questions. Polite and professional with excellent communication skills.
The work looks awesome.
