We have a 10 x 10 garden shed with a full hip roof and shingles that should have been replaced three years ago. I submitted an online quote request and Julian was in touch with us inside of an hour. He ballparked a cost based on what I described and offered to come by and take a closer look. Despite the fact that it was pouring rain, he arrived on time, talked me through the job and sent a firm quote within 24 hours. The job was scheduled for two days later and once again, he arrived on time and ready to go. A few minutes into the job, he found rot in the plywood (old roof didnt have a drip edge) but quickly came up with a cost-effective solution. Job was very well done and clean up was perfect. Were not looking forward to the day when we have to re-roof our house but when that needs to happen, Julian and St. Louis will get our call.
