Dryer Vent Cleaning

Made an appointment to get my dryer vent cleaned. When the technician arrived, they noticed that the dryer vent actually was not installed up to code (therefore couldn’t clean it). Instead we agreed to replace the dryer vent ducting and new vent cover for the exterior. It made sense since we wouldn’t need to clean the brand new ducts and also to get it up to code. The work was done right away, as the technician had all parts in the truck. Only took an hour and very satisfied with the results. Technician was thoughtful (booties over shoes when indoors) and very polite and well informed. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again!

I’m a happy customer!

My dryer stopped working suddenly. Dryer vent wizard was very responsive and scheduled a quick assessment. Both Jeffrey and Sulaiman, each coming on different times, were able to go through my vent system carefully in order to find the problem. Sulaiman especially took his time and was very diligent about trying to find a solution. He eventually did fix it and I’m a happy customer!

Reliable company

My dryer was not working properly and warranty expired, I did an extensive online search and noticed how well-regarded dryer vent wizard was. Vic arrived in a day or two - very responsive. I was most impressed by his honesty and the thoroughness of his explanation. After his assessment he recommended a light cleaning and buying a new dryer since he couldn’t find any other issues with my dryer vent...which I’d heard independently. But his confirmation and explanation put my mind at ease re: making a new purchase. Appreciated the cleaning and expert advice.

First time cleaning

I never knew about getting dryer vents cleaned until I heard about a fire happening because of lint in the pipes. I reached out to dryer vent wizard and that came out quickly. A neighbour recommended the dryer vent wizards. Sulaiman was great! He explained everything clearly and was patient with my questions. He told me what was to code and what needed to be changed. While he was setting up, I Google and all made sense. I feel much safer in my home now that this job has been done! Would definitely recommend!/ use again.

Dryer cleaning

Excellent service. Have always had nightmares about a dryer fire. Cleaned a ton of lint out of my entire dryer, cleaned out the vent, replaced the vent ton the outside of the house, was in and out in an hour! Would highly recommend!

Assessment for relocation of dryer vent

My dryer vent situation was a complicated one as there was no easy place to install it.
From my first call with Vic to Jeff’s thorough investigation, a possible solution was provided. Service was great.
Just as we were going to look further into the recommendation, my neighbour was not pleased with the relocation possibility. We decided to put the project on hold and wait . Overall I was very pleased with the attention to this unique situation and the understanding that Vic and Jeff showed when we informed them that we are waiting. Thank you !!
