My dryer was not working properly and warranty expired, I did an extensive online search and noticed how well-regarded dryer vent wizard was. Vic arrived in a day or two - very responsive. I was most impressed by his honesty and the thoroughness of his explanation. After his assessment he recommended a light cleaning and buying a new dryer since he couldn’t find any other issues with my dryer vent...which I’d heard independently. But his confirmation and explanation put my mind at ease re: making a new purchase. Appreciated the cleaning and expert advice.
