Unfinished Siding Project - UPDATE
Another victim of the unfinished job by Dream Exteriors. Awaiting some kind of resolution to our issue.
Materials and labour costs owed back for unfinished portion. Looks like a chronic issue with clients going back to 2022 or further.
5 months waiting for siding to be completed. It seems there is always someone more important than us, because we are paid up. No more money flowing from us, so our priority has tanked.
They are searching for new jobs that will allow for cash flow - big deposits and payments.
Regret the moment we saw them at the London Home Show. What a mistake.
UPDATE Mar 2024
Project eventually got completed only due to my constant insistence that he was either going to complete us or he would refund the value of unfinished work. He would have left me hanging like so many others.
NOW... Promises made to provide any and all details to assist with our energy audit. Update invoice with detailed products used, R value of insulation etc..middle of discussion and promises of details within hours and POOF! ghosted. not another word from him. Fortunately the audit fellow was willing to source what the R value by going and looking up the products for us. Josiah should have provided this information. My concern is the details would reveal that what is on our home is NOT what was billed for.
After the latest wind storm - a couple pieces of siding came off. No response to texts, calls, emails . so much for my warranty. Useless.
Josiah mismanaged every detail of our project.
