Charles came out on a sunday morning shortly after I reached out to him. He identified and fixed the problem quickly cutting out a minimal amount of drywall. He knew his stuff and was very pleasant and well priced

We had 2 toilets that had been leaking for some time.
After a quick visit to ascertain the nature of the problem, and to see what parts had to be ordered, the work was scheduled and was completed to our total satisfaction.

we had a leaky mess going on under our master bedroom sink . he was able to come very quickly, diagnose the problem correctly and fix it efficiently right away.

We had serious plumbing issues, the sink was blocked. 18 plumbing came by the same day and stayed until the job was done. I thought I would of had to have the celling cut open in order to get to the pipe or even worse the kitchen cupboards cut open and replaced. My family thanks Mr Charles for getting my kitchen up and running.

Excellent service, very professional down to the details and makes sure it's tested properly before leaving, A+ for cleanliness. Really appreciated that he keeps everything clean after all the Reno going in around b/c had a full renovation Addition. Very trustworthy as well which is hard to come by with certain cervices out there!

Charles is a true professional, he installed new fixtures in all my bathrooms in a timely manner. The fixtures are all working very well and he follows up to ensure that everything is working well.
