We contracted Beckley Renovations to build a detached garage/outbuilding. Beckley Renovations is a small local organization that we were happy to support. They run their business the way a construction/renovations company should be run. Jason, the main contact, was on time for appointments and respectful of time and of us. He was quite responsive to emails and texts which was very helpful when a lot of the other contractors weren’t. Jason and his team kept the site in good order and was considerate to any issues that came up and informed us along the way. He communicated well. He took a bit of a chance at one point when we were not reachable and made a decision to upgrade an item to improve the look of the building. It made a significant difference in improvement and we were immensely relieved that he made that decision on our behalf. He ran his projects efficiently, so he didn’t waste time on-site. We have some knowledge of construction and could see that Beckley Renovations produced a solid construction built to last with very good quality. We found his prices to be very fair in comparison to the other quotes received beforehand. We would happily recommend him. It’s hard to find quality construction teams like them.
