Jim's crew promptly inspected my roof, where poor builder workmanship had left gaps around 2 roof dormers, causing a slow leak over 10+ years. His crew performed an emergency repair to stop further damage while I worked through insurance logistics.
Because of the pandemic, and service disruptions experienced by every company in the construction sector, there was a delay before work could begin. I am extremely happy I chose to wait.
The crew who did the work on my home were true craftsman who took pride in their work, had meticulous attention to detail, and wouldn't quit until the difficult custom metal work was completed to the highest quality. They arrived every day ready to work, were pleasant to work with, and slogged through many days of horrendous cold to complete the job. I didn't just get my roof repaired, I also got peace of mind that it will never leak again.
