*** update: We contacted the owner, Geoff, and he sent someone to fix it the next day (leaky shower head and poor caulking). He didn't charge us for the work. The work was done properly. I had originally given 0 stars, but given the resolution, I have increased it to 3 stars. ***

Poor quality: I hired them to change a tub spout and shower head, and to recaulk around the bathtub. I was told that they would fill up the tub with water to ensure that the caulking wouldn't pull away when someone uses the tub. I was also told that the old parts would be taken away. I found the old parts in my sink. Additionally, the tub wasn't filled with water when the caulking was applied and has pulled away when filled with water.

Not on time: I was given a time window of 3-5pm, but the worker showed up around 6pm. No idea why the Watermark van sat on the corner of our street for 45 minutes, but I'm sure there was a good reason. I've got a young toddler so it's hard to juggle everything around that time. I hope you can understand my disappointment when the job was $550 for 45 minutes of subpar work, and I'm still out of a bathtub.
