From the very start of the build I knew that this journey was going to be easy. Joe and his crew involved us in every decision and addressed all our questions promptly.
We selected one of the available floor plans and were able to customize it with no hassle. They followed through on all original timelines set out, allowing us to have an easy transition into our new home.
Would definitely build with them again!

The worst customer service don’t buy from this builder. It’s been 2 years in the house and since our occupancy it’s been a constant struggle to get things fixed. A leak in the basement took them almost a year to figure out the source and in the process my hardwood floors were damaged and nothing was done about. Very unhappy and would never buy again for this builder. We are now finding mold spots in the ceiling. We were told by others who purchased a home from Evolution that they take short cuts. Plumbing vents were not created. Permits not taken to finish the basement. The list goes on and on. Stay away from Evolution Homes when choosing a builder.
