Horrible display at cleaning, dumped dirty water in the kitchen sink and left it, now the drain is clogged, total waste of money, tried to contact to have the issue resolved and being ignored, tells me exactly why they want the full payment up front, this is not a service anyone would use to have a clean house, unbelievable to be quite frank

Friendly Lady. Worst cleaning. They are all about money.
She said to pay the whole amount first and then they start work. I told her my husband went to get coffee and would be back in a few minutes, she went outside and said she would wait in her car until my husband comes back and pays and then she would start working. That was extremely unprofessional and cheap attitude.
You earn hard, save hard and want work to be done for you to your satisfaction. They don't care about that. Charged me $220, hardly spent 3.5 hours (which I could get in $88 if charged $25/hrs on average). Instead of getting the peace of mind with my small kids after moving in, I had to clean everything again after she "cleaned" it and had to show her the spider webs and the dirt that she left every single time. At the end she started saying that she did not understand where the stains are although they were right in front of her and i was cleaning it to show her.
Mopped the floor with dirty water (yes it gets dirty but u need to change it to make sure the floors are clean) and dumped it in the laundry sink after I took the water picture (the sink was blocked because of that and of course she did not care to clean that)
Worst experience with this company and 100% wastage of your money in this time of inflation where we all are together. Please don't go for this company if you don't want to waste your hardly earned money.

One of the worst cleaning service they charge you and then they never come , never ever book them for anything you will regret plus their cleaning service is not at all good they hardly clean anything well.
