Upon first day of install the crew showed up and took out the old electric furnace. Then the instruction book came out . 14 hours later still no heat . The next day 14 hours again and minimal heat. Over 15 service calls and no good answers. 1 and half years later I was complaining about the heat and no answers . I had to pay 2 other companies to do service it cost me 700 dollars plus I was not treated well they showed up and still no heat or cooling. Further to the investigation the first crew did not change the line set . The unit was compromised with contaminants due to 2 different refrigerants the old refrigerant is r 22 and the new refrigerant is 410A like oil and water time will tell if the compressor has been damaged. Just pure laziness and neglect and taking advantage of a customer.I am a senior on a fixed income and didnt need the financial burden or the stress
