I dont think a day goes by when we dont say We love our condo.
Right from the get-go we were pleased with how Mark dealt with coming and quoting our job. Throughout our renovation he coordinated and took care of everything involved in our condo renovation. Elevators, concierge, trades, deliveries etc.
Mark was always quick to respond to text messages and emails, which when you are renovating is super important!! Marks trades were professional, respectful and most importantly, did great work.
Even when reno was technically complete there were a few things that needed to be finished and Mark never dropped the ball to get them done.
We are in love with everything about our totally renovated
condo, happy we chose Mark Davies General Contracting and would recommend Mark in a heartbeat.

Mark and his crew were fantastic to deal with! Mark quickly responded to my initial inquires about the work and made the whole selection process very easy. His trades were excellent, very respectful and made sure that everything was clean when they left. I work from home and the bathroom is next to my office. Mark would text me when needed to let me know who would there and how loud they would be. Id then have time to make alternative arrangements. He was within budget and within the timeframe originally quoted.

With an engaging personality Mark has an eye for aesthetics and he managed every phase of the renovation to meet or exceed our high standards. He completed the project during difficult times and delivered a Gorgeous Kitchen that we are proud of, on time for our early Christmas Celebration.

This was a major project to bring the original 1963 construction and finishes up to 2021 standards. The finishes are first class and we now enjoy a bright and open concept home.

Mark carefully researches a project and brings in engineers to ensure the integrity of the original construction to ensure that changes to design will maintain that integrity.
