When we ran into issues, as most renovations inevitably do, he was accountable and dealt with it professionally. Mark is by far the best contractor I ever worked with. There were some trades I brought in myself, and the service received from them is night and day compared to Mark and his team. If you've ever had a bad experience, he's the type that restores faith in the profession!! Glad we hired him and wouldn't hesitate to do so again in the future.
