Basement Project

Hired PW to make drawings and submit an application to add a bathroom as part of overall basement renovations. PW came out, scanned our property, did make the drawings based on our plan and the city's requirements, which were submitted after we reviewed and approved the plans. The city did have a few questions upon reviewing the submission, of which were answered and a permit was issued promptly upon receiving those answers.

Project delayed a month over missed questions from city

Oshawa

Hired PW to make drawings and submit an application to add a bathroom as part of overall basement renovations. PW did make the drawings, which were submitted to the City November 18th. Despite assuring us that they would work with us to secure the permit, they failed to respond to our calls or emails when the weeks dragged on (and after we paid the bill in full). The city finally told us they sent a request to PW December 14th for further information, and like us, never got a response, holding up our project indefinitely. Finally heard from PW on January 11th who promised the project has not been abandoned and would work to finish our permit.
