Eavestroughs and soffit replacement
Our eavestroughs were leaking and we were not sure if it was due to a clog or issues with the eavestroughs. Mike from Alu Contracts responded quickly to our job posting on HomeStars and came for an in person quote. He was able to quickly identify it was not a clog but our eavestroughs were in need of replacement. After seeing our entire house we received a reasonable quote that evening.
The work was completed quickly and Mike and his team were all polite and professional. We ended up replacing the soffits as well and they were able to accommodate this last minute request and complete the job in a day.
We’ve already had rain this past weekend and there is no leakage or drippings so far! And the work looks great.
My only concern is that there is quite a bit of debris left on our property as the snow is beginning to melt. On the ground, roof of our back extension and bay window. But I’m not sure if this because it is difficult to vacuum and sweep since there was a lot of snow on the ground the day they conducted the work. Otherwise I would have rated them 10/10.
