We were expecting to be told the whole roof needed to be fixed, however they said the whole roof was fine and could last 5 more years, and that it was just damage from an animal that needed to be done. When we asked when they could do it. They said they could fix it on the spot for $250. When the job was completed an hour later, they reported they fixed another spot where wind damage had occurred and they did not ask for anymore money, unlike many contractors we know, who find another thing to fix. When we replace the roof, they will be our first call.
