We have a large-ish 45x22' driveway that was crumbling and not leveled properly. I literally had to put the ramps for the cars to get into the garage.
We got a few quotes, and with most contractors didn't really have a good experience. Some won't show up at all, others clearly couldn't care less, being arrogant and pushy.
Tony was a pleasure to deal with. Showed up on time. Paid attention to all the details around sloping. Suggested that we also replace the curbs once we are at it. Glad that he did! We didn't even think about it.
The price was very reasonable.
The crew showed up in a week to remove the old asphalt and put gravel. The whole thing took like maybe 2 hours. Was fun watching all the machinery.
Then they came up in about 4 weeks - again, precisely as scheduled. Done in another few hours.
I was worried about the sloping, as the driveway had almost no incline and we were getting a mini-lake on the driveway every time it rained.
They have done a great job there, perfectly matching the garage and the porch landing hight on one side and gently sloping all the way to the road. No lakes anymore!
