The only thing this guy has done properly is showing up. My fridge has the identical issue even after him 'fixing the problem.'. He didn't bother checking his work, he just picked up his things and left as fast as possible. I called him several times to come back and he failed to do so after promising the opposite. After two days of my persistence, I received the refund. This should not be happening.
