Jim and his helper, Frank, were both friendly & polite. They took care to protect my floors and cleaned up well after their work was done. What I thought would be a simple uninstall/install of gas ranges changed scope as the location of my gas pipe did not fit the new range. Jim did a great job reviewing everything with me, took time to explain the necessary steps and I lucked out with his availability and was able to have the work done same-day. Very happy with the work done and will definitely be calling on Jim again with future service needs.

We had Jim and the team install a tankless gas water heater. We chose Modern Home Energy because during our first meeting, they were very knowledgeable, letting us know pros cons of what we were looking to do as well as offering additional advice based on what they saw of our set-up.
On install day the team was courteous, efficient and professional. They worked extremely hard all day and we are very pleased with the final results!
