He did my whole kitchen and it looks horrible!!!!! I showed him what I wanted and my kitchen looks nothing like it ! Im currently drawing up paperwork to take him to court! So unprofessional! I saw him looking at my wife in a unprofessional way as well!!!!! I would not recommend this team what do ever !!!!!!

Tyler is very detail-oriented and skilled. He got genuinely excited about the job, our ideas, and about ensuring that we were happy with the final results. He meticulously checked the work of all the crew, refining anything that wasn’t up to his high standards. Their pride in their work was clear. We got regular updates, great communication, and Tyler was always available to take a call and answer any questions. The crew were all very kind and respectful of our living space as we were here most of the time, living & working from home. We are very happy with the results.

Utz Custom Homes completed a contract in our home between August to September 2021. They did painting, replaced floors, restored original hardwood stairs, replaced kitchen cupboards and completed several other tasks such as fixing floor boards and replacing light fixtures. We were very pleased with the results and experience and we have nothing but good things to say about everyone on the team from each trade that was involved. The team were very quick to respond to our requests, provided regular updates on status and pricing, and there were no surprises along the way. We used Utz Custom Homes to build an addition onto the back of our home to enclose a new swim spa. Tyler was great at helping build a budget, create a schedule, coordinate and provide over-site on the trades. He was easy to work with, professional and pleasant throughout. He demanded high quality workmanship and was present throughout the build. We love our new space and would recommend Tyler (Utz Custom Homes) to family and friends for sure!

I highly recommend Utz Custom Homes. A few months ago Tyler and team completed a full reno for my son and daughter in-law’s first home. I was so impressed by the quality of work, that I had them renovate my powder and laundry room. Everything turned out amazing. I would say Tyler went above and beyond. He provided detailed daily updates with photos and was always available to answer my questions. He even gave me some great decorating ideas . The project was completed on time and budget. Utz custom homes is a great company. They showed up on time everyday and had excellent customer service. I am very pleased with the work they did. Utz custom homes completed our backyard fence with two gates, installed a lattice to enclose the deck, replaced deck boards, replaced a few doors inside the house and did not waste any materials. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

The whole UTZ Construction team was amazing. My husband and I bought our first home in March and we knew right away work needed to be done for we could move in officially. From the moment that my husband and I met with Tyler he as able to see the vision for our home and help us piece together every single detail. . He was able to work within our budget and talk us through every little detail. His communication is outstanding, sending notes and pictures many time throughout the day and always updating the schedule as things are completed.
Our whole main floor was redone, we took a wall down, Laid new floor and installed a brand new Kitchen and new paint throughout. The upstairs bathroom was a mess when we got it and it was gutted, new double vanity and soaker tub installed. I could not say more amazing things about the UTZ Construction team!
